1)Children accommodated at Managements' discretion.

2)To complete a reservation, guests are required to complete the 'Authorisation Form' under the Reservations tab on www.myrtoscorp.com and fax to the office number given. Please complete fully. Name on the form must be the same as the reservation name. Reservations not confirmed until receipt of Authorisation Form. Authorisation Form must be received within 24hrs to secure Suite. (Form is also available in PDF format, complete online and email).

3)All local rates and taxes included in rates quoted. All rates in Euro €.
4)Prices are based on 2 adults sharing a Suite and the length of stay. Guests arriving after check in date are charged according to dates booked, and not stayed. Regrettably no exceptions made.
5)All suites accommodate maximum two (2) persons per suite.
6)Availability is subject to change. Suite reservation only guaranteed upon receipt of DEPOSIT-33% of total.
7)Prices quoted are per suite.
8)Credit card details required at time of suite reservation. Faros Suites reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to guest arrival.
 
9)CANCELLATION POLICY - Less than 7 nights, 33% of booking. Less than 20 days before check in 30%. Less than 21 days 25%. An early departure fee 50% of total nights will be charged if guests depart prior to their departure date. (N. 1652/86)
 
10)CHECK IN time: 14:00 - CHECK OUT time: 12:00 noon. Use of the Suite after 12 noon will be charged at 50% daily rate. Guests are requested to note Check in/Check out times.
11)Reception hours: 08:00 -19:30
12)Housekeeping 09:00 - 14:00 daily. Lost keys are subject to a Euro 50.00 charge.
13)Buffet breakfast inclusive in above rates 08:00-11:30 daily. Faros Suites does not offer lunch or dinner services. MINI BAR NOT INCLUDED in rates.
14)Min stay 2 nights.
15)Services of reflexologist/masseuse available on request.
16)Transport to and from Faros Suites is at clients' cost. Faros Suites regrettably does not undertake transfers from airports, ports etc.

17)Payment Terms: Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard & Amex (Amex subject to 2.0% surcharge). No cheques accepted. Bank transfers in full prior to arrival. Cash payments: Strictly Euro.
 
18)Guests checking in after 19:00 (7pm) are kindly requested to inform reception.
19)Central car park located 50 meters from the villa.
20)Villa facilities & amenities are for guests use exclusively.
21)Faros Suites co-operates with Mercury-rentacar.com. Quote Faros Suites. 
22)Myrtos A.xe.t.e.e. reserves the right to alter rates, policies and information without prior notification. Information in the Terms & Conditions listed here replaces/supersedes any outdated information on websites/brochures & other marketing material run/linked by/to Myrtos A.xe.t.e.e. 
23)Guests departing with early flights/ferries are requested to settle their outstanding balance the day before departure.
24)Damages to property will be charged to guests' closing bill.
25)Faros Suites regrettably is not suited to guests with mobility difficulties. Stairs are prevalent due to the villa being listed as a protected heritage property.         ©
